Return & Exchange Policy
1. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns and refunds are strictly not accepted under any of the following circumstances:
a) The watch has been worn, used, or adjusted in any manner;
b) Any protective plastic, film, or foam has been removed, damaged, or altered;
c) The watch is not in the exact condition as received and as shown in the QC (Quality Control) photos and/or videos provided prior to shipment.
The buyer is responsible for maintaining the watch in its original condition upon receipt, including all protective materials on the case, case back, clasp, and bracelet.
2. Time Limitation
Any request for return or exchange must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
3. Inspection & Restocking Fee
If a watch is returned worn, altered, or with protective materials removed, the return will be rejected or, at our sole discretion, accepted subject to a restocking fee.
The restocking fee shall be determined solely by us, based on the actual condition of the watch upon inspection.
4. Return Authorization & Shipping
All returns must be:
* Pre-approved by us in writing;
* Shipped only to the return address provided by us;
* Accompanied by a valid and traceable tracking number.
Returns sent without authorization, to an incorrect address, or without tracking will be refused.
5. Resolution
Once the returned watch is received, inspected, and verified to fully comply with all conditions stated above, we will, at the buyer’s option:
* Issue a full refund of the purchase amount, or
* Prepare and ship a replacement unit.
If the returned watch does not meet the stated conditions, the return will be rejected or handled in accordance with Section 3 (Inspection & Restocking Fee).
6. Final Authority
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
* QC photos/videos constitute the final reference for condition verification;
* Our inspection and determination shall be final and binding in all return-related matters.
