Cryptocurrency Refunds
We currently support refunds via cryptocurrency, which are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Bank Transfer Refunds
Due to banking limitations and account restrictions, bank transfer refunds can only be initiated by the customer and may take approximately 1–3 weeks to complete.
