Pre-order
We accept a refundable 50 deposit for certain models with longer waiting times.
How to place the deposit:
There is no separate deposit link on the website.
Please simply place the order as usual on our website, but only send 50 in your selected currency/payment method instead of the full amount.
For example:
50 USD / 50 EUR / 50 GBP are all acceptable as the deposit amount.
When placing the order, please leave a note saying “50 deposit only”, or send us a message after payment to let us know the payment is for the deposit.
(Even though the website shows the full price, you only need to send 50 in your selected currency for the deposit.)
What happens next:
- We will prepare the watch and send you QC photos/videos
- You only pay the remaining balance after you approve the QC
- If you are not happy with the QC, the deposit is fully refundable
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING QC APPROVAL
If we do not receive any response after sending QC photos/videos, or if the remaining balance is not paid within 3 days after QC approval, the order will be automatically cancelled and the waiting list will restart.
In this case, you may request a full refund of your deposit.
Once we receive your deposit, we will confirm it by email.
