Warranty Policy
We provide a 6-month warranty covering movement failure only for all watches.
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide clear descriptions of the issue along with photos and videos.
Please note:
Return shipping to us is paid by the customer
Shipping back to you after repair is also paid by the customer
Return Policy
Returns are NOT accepted if:
The watch has been worn
Any protective plastic or foam has been removed
Please keep the watch exactly in the same condition as received, including all protective films on the case, case back, and bracelet.
If the watch is returned worn or with plastics removed, a restocking fee will apply, determined by the condition of the watch upon inspection.
Returns are only accepted within 72 hours of delivery.
The watch must remain intact and identical to the condition shown in the QC (Quality Control) photos/videos before shipment.
Returns must be sent to the return address provided by us, and a valid tracking number must be supplied.
Once the returned watch is received and verified, a replacement will be prepared and shipped accordingly.
Warranty Q&A
Q: I received my watch, but the movement is not working. Why?
A:
Please first review the QC photos and videos we sent before shipment. We do not ship non-functioning watches.
The watch you receive matches the same serial number and condition shown during QC.
Possible reasons include:
The watch may require manual winding or gentle movement to build sufficient power reserve.
As agreed, we declare a lower value for customs purposes, which may result in less careful handling during transit.
Strong impacts or shaking during shipping can occasionally affect the movement.
Q: What is the solution if the watch is not working upon arrival?
You may return the watch to us after discussing with our support team.
We will repair or replace the watch depending on its condition.
Please note:
The process takes time, and patience is required
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
Shipping requirements for returns:
Use EMS or your local postal service (registered mail only)
Do NOT use DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other major couriers
Declare the package as:
“Broken watch (timer) for repair – value under USD $10”
We will provide the return address after confirmation
Q: Will you repair the watch or replace it with a new one? Can I switch to another model?
A:
This depends on the severity of the issue. The process is as follows:
We inspect the returned watch
Minor issues will be repaired by our in-house technician
Major issues will be returned to the factory with documented proof
The factory repairs the watch and sends it back to us
We perform final QC inspection
The watch is re-shipped to you
Model changes are NOT allowed
Factories do not accept returns or exchanges for used watches.
In the worst-case scenario, you will receive:
A movement replacement, or
A replacement of the same model, depending on the physical condition of the returned watch
