How to Order – Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to complete your order and stay updated every step of the way.

Before placing an order, please register on our website.

Registration allows you to:


     - Track your order status in real time


     - View and approve your Quality Control (QC) report


     - Access your tracking number and order history

2. Place Your Order

     - Add items to your cart

     - Proceed to checkout

     - Choose your preferred payment method

     - Complete your payment

3. Send Payment Proof


After making your payment, please send your payment proof to the email address below. This is the best way to ensure fast and smooth processing of your order:

Please include:

     - Your Order Number

     - Your Order NumberA PDF of your payment confirmation

     - If you used Wise, please also share the transaction link with us — it helps us verify your payment more easily and quickly.


Sending payment proof to this email is the best way to get things processed smoothly. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to verify your payment.

4. Receive QC Report

     - Click Green Light to approve your QC Or click Red Light to reject (Please mark any concerns directly on the photos using a red circle.)

No need to message us after approving QC — just click Green Light, and we’ll handle the rest.

5. Shipped


After you click Green Light to approve your QC:

If both Green Lights are on:

Payment Received ( clicked by us)

QC Approved (clicked by you)

 We will ship out your order within a few hours!

6. Tracking Number Available


Your tracking number will appear in your order history within 1–3 days after you approve QC.

If you don’t see tracking after 3 days, feel free to reach out — we’ll check it for you.



Tracking numbers are not instant — please allow up to 3 business days after QC approval for it to show up.
If you don’t see a tracking number after 4 business days, feel free to contact us.

Please send payment proof so we can move to the next stage.

Processing

We have received your payment and are preparing or ordering your goods.

  • Payment verification usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your payment method.
  • Once verified, your payment status turns green in your order history.

Processed

We have completed your Quality Control (QC) report, and it's now available in your order history.
To proceed:

  • Click Green Light to approve your QC
  • Or click Red Light to reject (Please mark any concerns directly on the photos using a red circle.)
