How to order

How to Order – Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to complete your order and stay updated every step of the way.


1. Register an Account

Before placing an order, please register on our website.

Registration allows you to:

  • Track your order status in real time
  • View and approve your Quality Control (QC) report
  • Access your tracking number and order history


We strongly encourage registration to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.


2. Place Your Order

  • Add items to your cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Choose your preferred payment method
  • Complete your payment

3. Send Payment Proof

After payment, send us your proof of payment via only one of the following:



Be sure to include your Order Number
Only use one method (email or WhatsApp) to avoid duplication

4. Order Status – What Each Stage Means


Pending

Your order has been received, but we haven’t received your payment proof yet.
Please send it to move forward.


Processing

We’ve received and verified your payment.

  • Your item is being prepared or ordered.
  • Payment verification usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your payment method.
    Once verified, your payment status turns green in your order history.


Processed

We have completed your Quality Control (QC) report, and it's now available in your order history.
To proceed:

  • Click Green Light to approve your QC
  • Or click Red Light to reject (with reason)



No need to message us after approving QC — just click Green Light, and we’ll handle the rest.

5. Shipping & Tracking

After you click Green Light to approve your QC:

  • Your item will be shipped within a few hours
  • Your tracking number will appear in your order history within 1–3 business days



Tracking numbers are not instant — please allow up to 3 business days after QC approval for it to show up.

If you don’t see a tracking number after 4 business days, feel free to contact us.
